New Years day Beach training and fund raiser

I don't think this picture really shows how extreme the weather was but the money we raised for Hanshi's Steve Arnils Cancer Research JustGiving page came to over £200 and certainly made the day worth while, we covered all high grade Kata with some bunki from each Kata also Kihon, plus pad work Kumite as well as basic referee movement and commands. Well done everyone.

DECEMBER GRADING REASULTS 

​

Paul Rogers was promoted to 4th Kyu Green belt Emma El-Alami attained her 7th Kyu Blue belt, Jamie Shubrook gained his 9th Kyu Red Belt and Amber Lily El-Alami gained her 10th Kyu red belt the grading lasted over 2 hours with all aspects of Kyokushin training covered Kumite (fighting) Kata (Forms) and Kihon ( Basic techniques) a really big well done to all four of you.     

​A second well done to Jamie Shubrook for gaining his bronze Duke of Edinburgh award for his Karate training.
